What I do

I work across these interconnected areas:

Gender Equality & Inclusion

Supporting organizations to design and implement effective gender equality strategies, policies, programmes, and organizational practices that move beyond compliance and deliver measurable impact.

Leadership & Coaching

Supporting individuals and leaders to develop inclusive leadership skills, strengthen communication, build confidence, and navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.

Wellbeing & Embodied Practices

Supporting resilience, presence, and sustainable ways of working through mindfulness, self-compassion, yoga, and embodied practices.

My Approach

Grounded in evidence. Focused on impact. Tailored to context.

I believe that meaningful and sustainable change happens when both systems and people are supported.

Organizational transformation is most effective when it is combined with attention to leadership, culture, and wellbeing. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work collaboratively with clients to design approaches that reflect their specific context, needs, and goals.

My work is guided by:

  • Practical application over theory alone

  • Context-specific solutions rather than generic frameworks

  • Long-term impact over short-term compliance

  • Collaboration and co-creation with clients

Experience

Girl jumping down

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked with international organizations, NGOs, governments, and United Nations agencies in humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding contexts.

My experience spans assignments in Afghanistan, India, Georgia, and other international settings, supporting programmes and organizations to integrate gender equality, inclusion, and capacity strengthening into their work.

This experience has given me deep insight into both the opportunities and challenges organizations face when translating equality commitments into practice, particularly in complex and resource-constrained environments
