Meet your trainer:
I'm Sini Ramo (she/her), a gender equality specialist, trainer, facilitator, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience supporting organizations to advance gender equality and inclusion.
I have worked with international organizations, NGOs, governments, and United Nations agencies across development, humanitarian, and peacebuilding contexts, designing and delivering training programmes for diverse audiences around the world.
My training style is highly interactive, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. Rather than focusing solely on theory, I help participants translate concepts into actions they can apply in their everyday work, leadership, programmes, and communications.
I hold a Master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex, with a specialization in gender and feminist approaches.
Over the years, I have facilitated hundreds of workshops and learning sessions and continue to be inspired by the moments when participants gain new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and discover practical ways to create meaningful change.
